Many victims all over the world are coming together and realizing their stories and tactics done to them are very similar or identical. They come from many different cultural, educated/non educated, wealthy/poor backgrounds and can include children and pets. These victims are often not taken seriously by authorities or health professionals as their stories sound bizarre and proof is near impossible to get.

If you have been experiencing more than three of the categories below on a constant basis -

#1.  Have you had a lot of bizarre activities done inside and around your home when you are out?

Microwave Weapons Expert comes out of retirement to warn dangers of microwave frequencies:  On August 24, 2010, Mr. Barrie Trower, a British physicist who is a microwave weapons expert and who worked for the Royal Navy and the British Secret Service, gave a talk at the University of Toronto about the health effects of WiFi and other forms of microwave radiation.  Mr. Trower came out of retirement because he was concerned that the microwave frequencies and intensities to which children are exposed in schools are similar to those used for microwave weapons.

When a victim starts to experience many of the odd things above including severe health effects to the body - friends, family and professionals often write them off as delusional or attention seeking. Therefore the victim is constantly re-victimized and often ends up isolated.   As a result the victim can be led to suicide.
Many of you are aware of the damaging electrical shock treatment atrocities that were done to patients in mental institutions over the years! It was public awareness that had that exposed.
 
Our technologies today can do even more damage to the victims in the privacy of their own homes through remotely controlled systems (re: above Barrie Trower video) that are also set up to put the victim under surveillance so the victim  CANNOT get away from the excruciating effects.

Does not stop the atrocities,

These victims endure long term. 

Targeted Individuals have good reason to believe they are a victim of Non-consensual experimentation which includes attacks by sophisticated remote radioactive Non-lethal weapons (also known as DEW- Directed Energy Weapons).  These technologies/Weapons are continuing to expand through scientific research!! Such atrocious acts have been documented in past cases. And yes these technologies have the capacity to create weather changes - including earthquakes.

Many scientists, governmental agencies are aware of these but HIDE BEHIND the BANNER OF SECRECY and/or "CLASSIFIED INFORMATION". 

However,  many of these inventions have started to become de-classified and many ex-employees/researchers of these are slowly starting to talk.  Many believe that it is in fact governmental departments and/or their contractors that are involved in these crimes. Could it also be past employees of these departments or have some of these inventions got into the general criminal domain as well?

Toward the end of 2010 our media in New Zealand reported articles of the U.S government apologizing for the non-consensual syphilis experiments done to Guatemalans - from 1946 to 1948.

2010 - Due to the the above Guatemalan syphilis experiment U.S President Obama set up the Bio-Ethics Commission which included a group of international experts to conduct a study into Bio-ethical Issues regarding the current state of medical research on humans around the world.  

In 2011 some public citizens (Targeted Individuals ) that have good reason to feel they are victims (U.S) of an illegal experimentation, appeared at these meetings and were given less than two minutes each to explain their stories. Their written testimonies and any evidences they had were handed into the panel for further evaluation by President Obama.

Please NOTE: This crime is happening WORLDWIDE - including in small countries such as New Zealand & Australia

27th July 2011 - The Bio Ethics commission sent a letter to the Targeted Individuals that gave their testimony, stating - They would no longer accept testimonies on these issues as they are not going to review or investigate their issues as they were investigated some time ago and the Commission does not have the power to open or undertake criminal cases. They confirmed the victims concerns,  information and testimonies from the previous meeting had been handed into the White House.

NOTE:  The past investigation they were referring to is likely to be the Church Committee investigation into the mind altering torturous Non-consented Un-ethical experiments done prior to the mid 1970's. Eg: The horrendous MK ULTRA experiments that were conducted and later exposed resulted in an apology from U.S President Clinton in the 1970's. This experiment was also done in secrecy.

*  In the meantime president Obama has approved and is putting approximately $100,000,000 budget for scientists such as National Institute of Health,  Private organisations & DARPA - (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency a military division that has already done extensive research into the human brain way beyond that of the open science world) to get an understanding of the  human brain, how the brain records, processes, uses, stores & retrieves vast quantities of information by interfacing the brain with computer technologies eg: neuro engineering where computers can read our thoughts, encode memory and much more.

* This project is called the  'Brain Initiative'  (Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies)

* President Obama has stated that he will enlist the U.S Bio Ethics Commission to monitor the ethics of this project. 

* The U.S Bio ethics Commission is PRETENDING to monitor this project and is already aware of illegal human experimentation of neurotechnolologies, malpractice claims & human rights violations from this research - (as seen above at the meetings the victims of Electronic Assault presented them in 2011).  
NOT ONE paper about this has been submitted/released by President Obama or the U.S Bio Ethics Commission in the creation of the 'Brain Initiative' Project!  Again the public is kept unaware of the dark side of this technology!

*  This research project claims to be initiated for the better good of man and many health issues etc - the biggest problem of all is there is the Dark side to it that has already shown a history of illegal uses of such technologies,  with NO safety mechanisms in place to prevent or investigate malpractice and/or illegal use of the

Well the above are not the only non-consensual human experiments that have been done over the years. There are many that haven't made it into the main stream media. And many articles that have made it into the media haven't mentioned the finer details (due to silence bans) of such experiments - resulting in unwitting victims not being made aware so they can present their cases and get the correct help they need.

Targeted Individuals are in the same situation -  many around the world have reported their cases to police and governmental departments but have been shunned, told they need proof, maimed mentally ill and in some cases thrown into a mental home.  Many have also noticed that when they do report their cases the intensity of the electronic attacks (remotely run electrical current pulsating into them) is so extreme - to the point they cannot function and have lost capabilities such as speech, ability to move, walk or stand, to recall memory as well as extra excruciating pain in selected body parts.  As well as some of the other tactics becoming more intense - listed above in categories 1,3,4,5,6 .  It is no surprise that many of the victims suspect that when reporting their issues - they could in fact be talking to a professional within one of these departments - that is actually involved in this.
