Chances are you wouldn’t know – until you start
to experience
Horrendous effects
Due to this Electronic Technology interfacing with computers
It allows for systems to be hacked into
Leading to severe consequences for the micro chipped individual!
It allows for systems to be hacked into
Leading to severe consequences for the micro chipped individual!
This science involves the use of involuntarily implantation of microchips into humans and can and has been known, to have been done without knowledge or consent of the individual!
Microchips can be inserted easily by an intravenous needle, in pill form and through any open wound including surgical/dentistry procedures.
Mainstream health professionals often mis-diagnose the effects microchips can produce as:-
Alzheimer’s disease, Delusional, Schizophrenia
or some other form of mental disorder,
as little is understood about the computerized microchip interface now within the human body.
Alzheimer’s disease, Delusional, Schizophrenia
or some other form of mental disorder,
as little is understood about the computerized microchip interface now within the human body.
(1) Microchips are not as easy as you think to be detected in the body as they are now often smaller than a grain of rice so, can easily go undetected or show as a UBO – Unidentified Bright object in an MRI x-ray or an unknown foreign object.
UBO - Unidentified Bright Object
Do you want one in
YOUR BRAIN?
(2) Often when a patient presents him/her self at a medical establishment and asks for an x-ray to check for a microchip implantation they are often diagnosed diagnosed as having a mental illness such paranoia, delusional tendencies as:-
Involuntary implantation is not accepted
as being a possibility
by most professionals
as being a possibility
by most professionals
Resulting in no x-ray being done and the patient is left to find the money to seek a private establishment to do the x-ray. Again faced with the fear of whether this professional will be trustworthy.
(3) Many Individuals that have had microchips show in their x-rays have found that the x-ray results/reports have suddenly vanished from the establishment and nothing is followed up on this. The few that still have their x-rays that show implants - Find - No authorities are prepared to investigate who implanted these implants or where they originated from.
Find this hard to believe?
This is happening worldwide and is not restricted to just one or two countries
(See History unethical practices Section)
A microchip - such a tiny communication device - Encased in glass and often smaller than a grain of rice, yet they still have circuitry and transmitters inside that function fully through radio frequency (just like your Television/radio does). This radio frequency is tuned in to a set frequency band so the appropriate information can be read from the scanned microchip.
There are two types of functions to read the data on RFID Microchips
1: Passive - RFID microchips/tags don't have an internal power source. This means the information/data on the
chip cannot be read until it is powered by the RFID scanner/reader. This reader sends out electromagnetic/microwaves that induce a current in the tag's antenna. (eg: like the one
your vet using on your micro chipped pets).
2: Active - RFID tags have a transmitter and their own power source (typically a battery). The power
source is used to run the microchip's circuitry and to broadcast a signal (via microwave frequencies) to a
reader - The way a cell phone transmits signals to a base station. Another words these microchips
can be read from a remote distance.

ROVER
Often when one thinks of a microchip they think of the "animal tracking device" that is inserted into the back of the animals neck and able to be scanned by a scanner at the veterinary clinic for records etc about the pet. Great! - so if my dog Rover goes missing he can easily be returned to me from the details on his microchip.
But now microchips are being implanted into everything
Including People!
A human microchip implant is an integrated circuit device or RFID (Radio-frequency identification) transponder encased in silicate glass and implanted in the body of a human being. (RFID) is run wirelessly via non-contact radio system to transfer data from your inserted microchip, for the purposes of automatic identification, information and tracking etc. Some microchips require no battery and are powered by remote radio waves to read them. These chips are often the size of a grain of rice or smaller and contains a unique ID number that can be linked by computerized technology to information contained in an external database (that can be read from a remote device). Microchips can be inserted easily by an intravenous needle, in pill form, through an open wound and surgical/dental procedures.
Today many writings by trusted professionals portray the message that (RFID) microchip technology has many great benefits so we should all be grateful & agreeable to have the computer generated RFID microchips inserted into everything eg;- bank cards, passports, every pet and many products such as clothing and grocery items (within the barcode), medical devices such as pacemakers etc and ourselves!

Professor Feels Himself Become Closer to the Machine
23 September 1998, ABC News
When Kevin Warwick enters his office building on the campus of Reading University, strange things happen. As Warwick heads down the main hall, lights turn on. When he turns to the right, an office door unbolts and opens. Each step is clocked and recorded. The building knows who he is, where he is, and what he expects to happen. Professor Warwick predicts chip implants will one day replace time cards, criminal tracking devices, even credit cards. Radio frequency identification keeps tabs on goods, services, pets - even people
11 May 2006 - Sacramento Bee (the leading newspaper of California's capital city)
Feel like you're being followed? Maybe it's a tracking tag on your jeans or one implanted in a credit card. The tags are called radio frequency identification or RFIDs, and every day they are becoming more and more a part of our lifestyle. These Orwellian microchips, as minute as a grain of sand, identify and track products and even lost children at theme parks. They're being implanted in humans to alert hospitals about medical conditions View article here

Microchip Implant Makes Remote-Controlled Drug Delivery Possible
17 February 2012 Bloomberg News
A remote-controlled microchip that’s implanted in patients and programmed to release medication on schedule worked in its first trial (Note: The military are often at least 20-30 years ahead in these technologies), validating a new approach that could help improve drug management in chronic diseases. This microchip can be programmed remotely and would enable doctors to make ADJUSTMENTS to the treatment schedule when needed.
NOTE: While good for those whom forget to take their medication - Remotely controlled by the wrong hands, such as from hackers - would be fatal! Nothing is mentioned of safety measures being applied for this! More here & Here

Electronic tattoo 'could revolutionise patient monitoring'
11 August 2011 BBC News
An "electronic tattoo" could herald a revolution in the way patients are monitored and provide a breakthrough in computer gaming, say US scientists. They used the device, which is thinner than a human hair, to monitor the heart and brain, according to a study in the journal Science. The sensor attaches to human skin just like a temporary tattoo and can move, wrinkle and stretch without breaking. Researchers hope it could replace bulky equipment currently used in hospitals. Prof Todd Coleman, from the University of Illinois, said: "If we want to understand brain function in a natural environment, that's completely incompatible with studies in a laboratory. "The best way to do this is to record neural signals in natural settings, with devices that are invisible to the user." View article here

NOTE: You will notice that as you read through the newspaper articles I have shown - many microchip/implant experiments started in animals first but they have quickly eventuated into the human being realm. Many great benefits have been achieved from the microchip - from finding lost animals/people, easy access to bank/medical records, restoring memory for Alzheimers patients, enabling the physically impaired to use dysfunctional limbs again, medication delivery, recording and the lists gets rapidly bigger at a fast pace as researchers advance these technologies.
But the serious hazards are not as widely advertised.

AMENDMENT BILL
(by the green Party new Zealand Dated:- 13 June 2006)
Below are paragraphs 1 & 4 of the speech:-
(1) The Green Party continues to oppose this bill and I believe at this stage that, unfortunately, we are likely to be the only party in the House to do so. While many members of the public and members of Parliament are quite quick to get upset about what they see as infringements on the privacy of citizens in general, when it comes to beneficiaries there are not many of us who will stand up for their rights to any form of protection at all.
(4) Otherwise, we may as well all end up micro chipped - with all relevant data implanted inside our heads or wherever — as we go through life, and be done with it. This is not as silly as it sounds. For example, in America there are over 100 medical centres and hospitals that use the first human implantable passive radio frequency identification microchip. There is mother and baby tagging, which is a huge growth area, with some 900 US institutions using it. The Mexican Attorney-General has had himself and several of his staff micro chipped. The Columbian President has suggested implanting microchips in Columbian workers to ensure that they return home after working in the United States. In Cincinnati a company is requiring any employee who works in its secure data centre to be implanted with a microchip. Some might be wondering why I am talking about micro chipping of humans in this debate. It is because I fear that if we start down this road in this country — and dogs are only the first step — prisoners and beneficiaries will be the first classes of citizens to be micro chipped, because very few people in this place will stand up for their rights to privacy and human dignity. It is not just dogs that we need to worry about when it comes to micro chipping. View full speech here

Man infects himself with computer virus
26 May 2010, MSNBC News
University of Reading researcher Mark Gasson has become the first human known to be infected by a computer virus. The virus, infecting a chip implanted in Gasson's hand, passed into a laboratory computer. From there, the infection could have spread into other computer chips found in building access cards. All this was intentional, in an experiment to see how simple radio-frequency identification (RFID) chips like those used for tracking animals can host and spread technological diseases. The research from the British university shows that as implantable bionic devices such as pacemakers get more sophisticated in the years ahead, their security and the safety of the patients whose lives depend on them will become increasingly important, said Gasson. Chip Implants Linked to Animal Tumors
8 September 2001
When the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved implanting microchips in humans, the manufacturer said it would save lives, letting doctors scan the tiny transponders to access patients' medical records almost instantly. The FDA found "reasonable assurance" the device was safe, and a sub-agency even called it one of 2005's top "innovative technologies."But neither the company nor the regulators publicly mentioned this: A series of veterinary and toxicology studies, dating to the mid-1990s, stated that chip implants had "induced" malignant tumors in some lab mice and rats. "The transponders were the cause of the tumors," said Keith Johnson, a retired toxicologic pathologist, explaining in a phone interview the findings of a 1996 study he led at the Dow Chemical Co. in Midland, Mich. The company (Verichip) have stated they were "not aware of any studies that have resulted in malignant tumors in laboratory rats, mice and certainly not dogs or cats," but he added that millions of domestic pets have been implanted with microchips, without reports of significant problems.
The FDA also stands by its approval of the technology.
Did the agency know of the tumor findings before approving the chip implants?
The FDA declined repeated AP requests to specify what studies it reviewed.
The FDA is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, which, at the time of VeriChip's approval, was headed by Tommy Thompson. Two weeks after the device's approval took effect on Jan. 10, 2005, Thompson left his Cabinet post, and within five months was a board member of VeriChip Corp. and Applied Digital Solutions. He was compensated in cash and stock options. View article here

Chip moves wirelessly in bloodstream
23 February 2012 The Stanford Daily
The product of this research, Poons chip, moves very slowly through fluids based on remote controls and receives all its power wirelessly. With further development, medical engineers could theoretically outfit the chips to transmit data from inside a patient’s blood stream, Poons research indicated that much higher frequencies of light could diffuse cleanly through various human tissues. Thus, wireless power with frequencies on the order of television or cell phone waves could be used to deliver power. Another potential project for the team’s research involves sending these remote chips into a patient’s coronary arteries equipped with sensors. View article here

Another potential project for the team’s research involves sending these remote chips into a patient’s coronary arteries equipped with sensors. View article here

*Concerns of Privacy & Invasions on Freedom:
Information & Identity theft – Just like money machines can be skimmed – so can the microchip data via the computer interface. Where could your personal information end up? – On the internet for all to see. This could lead to identity theft and theft of items such as transferring ownership details of larger items such as bank deposits, cars, houses - by skimming your inserted chip as you walk down the street and then downloading the information elsewhere.

Wi-fi and RFID used for Tracking
25/05/2007, BBC News
The combination of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags and wi-fi allows real-time tracking of objects or people inside a wireless network. "There needs to be standards put in place so the data is not abused for other purposes" Marcus Birkl, head of wireless at Siemens.
NOTE: We still don't see protections put in place for these wireless technologies - Instead the abuses are often kept hidden from the public arena. Many cases are ignored while the communications industry continues to make millions! View article here

‘Human barcode’ could make society more organized, but invades Privacy, Civil Liberties
1st June 2012 - New York Daily Newspaper
Would you barcode your baby? Opponents argue that giving up anonymity would cultivate an “Orwellian” society where all citizens can be tracked. “To have a record of everywhere you go and everything you do would be a frightening thing,” Stanley, senior policy analyst at the American Civil Liberties Union, told the Daily News. But there are also concerns about security breaches by hackers. If computers and social networks are already vulnerable to hacking and identify theft, imagine if someone could get access to your personal ID chip? View full article here

The Mind has NO Firewall
Journal article from U.S Army War College
The human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors. They include, but are not limited to, the chemical-electrical activity of the brain, heart, and peripheral nervous system, the signals sent from the cortex region of the brain to other parts of our body, the tiny hair cells in the inner ear that process auditory signals, and the light-sensitive retina and cornea of the eye that process visual activity.[2] We are on the threshold of an era in which these data processors of the human body may be manipulated or debilitated. Examples of unplanned attacks on the body's data-processing capability are well-documented. . View article here

Passports go electronic with new microchip
09-12-2004, Christian Science Monitor
The US passport is about to go electronic, with a tiny microchip embedded in its cover. The chip is the latest outpost in the battle to outwit tamperers. But it's also one that worries privacy advocates. The RFID (radio frequency identification) chip in each passport will contain the same personal data as now appear on the inside pages - name, date of birth, place of birth, issuing office - and a digitized version of the photo. But the 64K chip will be read remotely. The scenario, privacy advocates say, could be as simple as you standing in line with your passport as someone walks by innocuously carrying a briefcase. Inside that case, a microchip reader could be skimming data from your passport to be used for identity theft. Or maybe authorities or terrorists want to see who's gathered in a crowd and surreptitiously survey your ID and track you. View article here

Students ordered to wear tracking tags
2005-02-09, MSNBC News
The only grade school in this rural town is requiring students to wear radio frequency identification badges that can track their every move. Some parents are outraged, fearing it will rob their children of privacy. The badges introduced at Brittan Elementary School on Jan. 18 rely on the same radio frequency and scanner technology that companies use to track livestock and product inventory. The system was imposed, without parental input, by the school as a way to simplify attendance-taking and potentially reduce vandalism and improve student safety. This latest adaptation of radio frequency ID technology was developed by InCom Corp., a local company co-founded by the parent of a former Brittan student, and some parents are suspicious about the financial relationship between the school and the company. InCom has paid the school several thousand dollars for agreeing to the experiment, and has promised a royalty from each sale if the system takes off, said the company's co-founder, Michael Dobson, who works as a technology specialist in the town's high school. Tracking devices used in school badges
11 October 2010, Houston Chronicle (Houston's leading newspaper)
Radio frequency identification — the same technology used to monitor cattle — is tracking students in the Spring and Santa Fe school districts. Identification badges for some students in both school districts now include tracking devices that allow campus administrators to keep tabs on students' whereabouts on campus. Some parents and privacy advocates question whether the technology could have unintended consequences. The tags remind them of George Orwell's Big Brother, and they worry that hackers could figure a way to track students after they leave school. Identity theft and stalking could become serious concerns, some said. "There [are] real questions about the security risks involved with these gadgets," said Dotty Griffith, public education director for the ACLU of Texas. "Readers can skim information. To the best of my knowledge, these things are not foolproof. We constantly see cases where people are skimming, hacking and stealing identities from sophisticated systems." View article here

Injected chip plan to track offenders
15 January, 2008 NZ Herald
Britain is planning to implant "machine-readable" microchips - like those used on pets - under the skin of thousands of offenders as part of an expansion of electronic tagging. Because of concerns about the security of existing tagging systems and prison overcrowding, the British Ministry of Justice is investigating the use of satellite and radio-wave technology to monitor criminals. But, instead of being contained in bracelets worn around the ankle, the tiny chips would be surgically inserted under the skin of offenders in the community, to help enforce home curfews. A senior Ministry of Justice official said the department hoped to go even further, by extending the geographical range of the internal chips through a link-up with satellite-tracking similar to the system used to trace stolen vehicles. The Independent on Sunday reports that ministers have been assessing the merits of cutting-edge technology that would make it virtually impossible for individuals to remove their tags.View article here

Science Fiction is no longer Fiction
THEFT of the MIND is now a REALITY!
Theft of the mind is now possible through the inventions of computer interfaced RFID microchips – now able to read your thoughts, memories, telepathy - enabling this information to be downloaded to any data base and re-loaded into someone else. Although down the track media may claim this is good – RE: The memories of a loved one or memories of someone who has recently suffered brain damage can now be viewed via computer –
Should there be a break down in the communications network

The microchip is faulty or:-
The computer based technology is hacked into by unknown, remote sources
This would have:-
HAZARDOUS CONSEQUENCES!
Information theft would also be simple to do by Intelligent Criminal Realms
&
Hard to prove.
An unsuspecting individual could suddenly end up
Having somebody elses mind
And - Or
Multiple Personalities etc!

Canadian government is 'muzzling its scientists' (article also in History section)
17 February 2012, BBC News
Speakers at a major science meeting being held in Canada said communication of vital research on health and environment issues is being suppressed. Prof Thomas Pedersen, a senior scientist at the University of Victoria, said he believed there was a political motive in some cases. The Canadian government recently withdrew from the Kyoto protocol to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The allegation of "muzzling" came up at a session of the AAAS meeting to discuss the impact of a media protocol introduced by the Conservative government shortly after it was elected in 2008. The protocol requires that all interview requests for scientists employed by the government must first be cleared by officials. View article here

A decision as to whether to allow the interview can take several days, which can prevent government scientists commenting on breaking news stories. Andrew Weaver, an environmental scientist at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, described the protocol as "Orwellian". Professor Weaver said that information is so tightly controlled that the public is "left in the dark":-

NOTE: Many of these professionals now in retirement are no longer in need of huge funding grants – so speak more freely - which has lead to a lot of information about many UN-ethical in-human medical practices coming into the public arena. Although a lot of it is still blocked as mainstream media often have gag/suppression orders and cannot publish all the information - the internet has helped to change this.
A new memory chip--for the brain
18 July, 1996 CNET News
Scientists from British Telecom's Laboratory today announced a memory chip for the human brain. No kidding. At a presentation for Yorkshire Post newspaper, BT scientists said the chip would attach directly to the optical nerve and store incoming sensory impulses that could then be downloaded and played on a computer or implanted in someone else's memory. As far-fetched as it may seem, BT scientists are taking it seriously: They even assigned it the appropriately gee-whiz product moniker of "Soul Catcher 2025," as well as some fairly detailed specifications. The 2025 refers to the year the scientists think the idea will become a reality. A lifetime's experience could be stored in about 10 terabytes, according to Peter Cochrane, head of advanced applications and technologies for BT. "I tend to think of computers now as my third lobe," said Cochrane, who asserts that integrating actual circuitry into the human body is the next logical step. The future of brain-controlled devices
4 January 2010, CNN
Researchers are already using brain-computer interfaces to aid the disabled, treat diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and provide therapy for depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Work is under way on devices that may eventually let you communicate with friends telepathically, give you superhuman hearing and vision or even let you download data directly into your brain. One of the more controversial uses under development is telepathy that would require at least two people to be implanted with electrodes that send and receive signals. View article here

IBM produces first 'brain chips'
18 August 2011BBC News
IBM has developed a microprocessor which it claims comes closer than ever to replicating the human brain. Researchers believe that by replicating that feature, the technology could start to learn. Dharmendra Modha, IBM's project leader, explained that they were trying to recreate aspects of the mind such as emotion, perception, sensation and cognition by "reverse engineering the brain." The SyNAPSE system uses two prototype "neurosynaptic computing chips". Both have 256 computational cores, which the scientists described as the electronic equivalent of neurons. IBM's work on the SyNAPSE project continues and the company, along with its academic partners, has just been awarded $21m (£12.7m) by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). History of Microchip Implants
When mainstream media start telling us about great new medical advances - you can guarantee that the technology is not new and was well in use at least 10-20 years prior, within the military/intelligence agency realms - but hidden from the public under the "Classified information" banner.
The information that does make it into the media is the information the government wants, which will then allow a supporting of a particular agenda (worldwide).
It is well known these government departments experiment heavily on any inventions/advances that can help in interrogation, tracking, recording, behavior control etc. Many contractors are employed to carry out these experiments, such as government owned universities & hospitals, the communications industry and any other professionals that are found to be researching anything of interest in relevant fields.

The allegation of "muzzling" came up at a session of the AAAS meeting to discuss the impact of a media protocol introduced by the Conservative government shortly after it was elected in 2008. The protocol requires that all interview requests for scientists employed by the government must first be cleared by officials. A decision as to whether to allow the interview can take several days, which can prevent government scientists commenting on breaking news stories. Andrew Weaver, an environmental scientist at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, described the protocol as "Orwellian". Professor Weaver said that information is so tightly controlled that the public is "left in the dark"."The only information they are given is that which the government wants, which will then allow a supporting of a particular agenda," he said. NOTE: Many professionals now in retirement are no longer in need of huge funding grants – so speak more freely - which has led to a lot of information about many UN-ethical, in-human medical practices coming into the public arena. Although a lot of it is still blocked as mainstream media often have gag/suppression orders placed upon them and cannot publish all the information – Public speeches and the internet has also helped to change this .
Experiments into the possibility of implanting the human-being existed in the 1800’s but became popular in the 1900's. During World War 2, radar technicians came across radio frequencies that are now commonly used in our televisions, radios etc today. The most damaging day came when they realized that the human brain ran on frequency too. This is when experimentation on the brain and ways to manipulate/control humans/animals came into effect.

The most damaging day came when they realized that the human brain ran on frequency too. This is when experimentation on the brain and ways to manipulate/control humans/animals came into effect.
1965 - Scientist - Dr. Jose M. R. Delgado inserted electrodes into a wild bulls brain and was able to then control the bulls movements through radio signals transmitting from a hand held device. Delgado's research interests centered on the use of electrical signals to evoke responses in the brain. His earliest work was with cats, but he later did experiments with monkeys and humans, including mental patients.
NOTE: Through research and experimentation from this early day , brain implants are no longer chunky - but instead the size of a grain of trice or smaller. So small in - fact - that an x-ray, MRI of the brain will not always pick up the minute particle. Therefore the grey matter is often written off as a UBO - Unidentified Bright Object.
It is already possible to induce a large variety of responses, from motor effects to emotional reactions and intellectual manifestations, by direct electrical stimulation of the brain. Also, several investigators have learned to identify patterns of electrical activity (that a computer could also recognize) localized in specific areas of the brain and related to determined phenomena such as perception of smells or visual perception of edges and movements. We are advancing rapidly in the pattern recognition of electrical correlates of behavior and in the methodology for two-way radio communication between brain and computers.
'Matador' With a Radio Stops Wired Bull
17 May 1965, New York Times
The brave bull bore down on the unarmed "matador" — a scientist who had never faced a fighting bull. But the charging animal's horns never reached the man behind the heavy red cape. Moments before that could happen, Dr. Jose M. R. Delgado, the scientist, pressed a button on a small radio transmitter in his hand, and the bull braked to a halt. The bull was obeying commands from his brain that had been called forth by electrical stimulation—by the radio signals—of certain regions in which fine wire electrodes had been painlessly implanted the day before.

Live rats driven by remote control
05 May 2002, The Guardian (One of the U.K.'s leading newspapers)
Scientists have turned living rats into remote-controlled, pleasure - driven robots which can be guided up ladders, through ruins and into minefields at the click of a laptop key. The project ... is funded by the US military's research arm. Animals have often been used by humans in combat and in search and rescue, but not under direct computer-to-brain electronic control. Roborats fitted with cameras or other sensors could be used as search and rescue aids. In theory, be put to some unpleasant uses, such as assassination."

C.I.A. Data Show 14-Year Project On Controlling Human Behavior
21 July 1977, New York Times
The Central Intelligence Agency conducted a 14-year program to find ways to "control human behavior" through the use of chemical, biological and radiological material, according to agency documents made public today by John Marks. The documents ... suggested broader experimentation on unwitting humans by the intelligence agency or its paid researchers than had been publicly known before. A letter from an unnamed C.I.A. official in 1949 discussed ways of killing people without leaving a trace. "I believe that there are two chemical substances which would be most useful in that they would leave no characteristic pathological findings," the letter said. Linda MacDonald, 55 years old, an employment counsellor now in Vancouver, is one of those who sued for compensation. "I walked through those doors with a husband on one arm and a guitar on the other and was a healthy person and coherent," she said. She spent 86 days in the "sleep room" and was subjected to 109 shock treatments and megadoses of barbiturates and other drugs.
When she got out of the experiment:-
She could not read or write
Had to be toilet-trained
Could not remember her husband or her five children
Or any part of the first 26 years of her life.

NOTE: Donald Ewen Cameron (24 December 1901 – 8 September 1967),[1] commonly referred to as "D. Ewen Cameron" or "Ewen Cameron," was a 20th-century Scottish -born psychiatrist who was involved in the United States Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA's) research on mind control[2] and served as President of the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations, the American Psychopathological Association and the Society of Biological Psychiatry during the 1950s. Notwithstanding a career of honors, and leadership in early 1950s psychiatric circles, he is considered by some observers to have been a near-madman, because of his mid-career and later-career administration of electroshock therapy, experimental drugs, and LSD to unsuspecting and generally healthy patients who in some cases entered permanent comas. Secret over missing babies' organs
6 December 2008
A multi-million dollar lawsuit by 42 parents against Auckland's Green Lane Hospital for keeping dead babies' hearts and organs without consent has been settled secretly.
A three-week trial had been due to begin in Wellington's High Court in October but was called off when parents agreed to a confidential settlement, gagging them from further comment.
The Sunday Star-Times understands the settlement paid was $5000 per person a fraction of the $70,000 damages sought by each parent and includes a yet-to-be-made apology plus a denial of liability by the Crown. In 2002, Auckland Hospital stunned families by admitting it had kept more than 1300 hearts and other organs, mostly from babies and children some for more than 50 years up until as late as 2001. Many were taken without permission after autopsies and kept in the hospital's library.
Wellington mother Dawn Bailey - In 1991, her daughter was rushed to Green Lane Hospital after being born with heart defects but died when six-and-a-half weeks old.
Overseas cases of hospitals storing dead patients' organs without families' consent sparked her probe into Ashleigh's death. View article here

Hospital stole my son's heart, says father
26 November 2012 Dominion Post - Stuff.co.nz - online paper
The father of a motorcyclist who died after a crash believes hospital staff mutilated his son's body and stole his heart. John MacKenzie has been battling for more than 25 years to try to expose what he claims is a cover- up by Tauranga Hospital and other government agencies. "They illegally mutilated his body to plunder and steal his heart," Mr MacKenzie told The Dominion Post.
"You'd be absolutely shocked out of your brain if you knew the extent they have covered this up."
Mr MacKenzie began making inquiries of Tauranga Hospital from 2002. In 2005, a Tauranga pathologist, Dr Beer, told him natural heart valves were often sent to Greenlane, but the heart remained with the body.
It was Dr Beer who said it was "not usual practice" to get consent from next of kin. "The logistics of confirming written consent . . . introduced a time delay that prevented the urgent delivery of the valve to Greenlane." View article here

Australian Children to be Sterilized Without Parental Consent Under New
Eugenics Law
09 March 2012 Business & Health
The Government of Western Australia's Mental Health Commission (WAMHC) has basically conjured up a proposal for new mental health legislation that bypasses parental involvement in the mental health treatment process, and instead tasks children under age 18, and of any age, with making the decision about whether or not to be sterilized, or whether or not to have their brain tissue destroyed with psychosurgery procedures. If a "mental health professional" can convince children that they need such treatments for their own good, in other words, than Australia's youngest members of society will be open game for the eugenicist agenda. An understanding ear for victims of state care abuse
23 March 2009 The Dominion Post
Judge Carolyn Henwood is about to stop judging and simply listen. From next month, anyone believing they were abused or neglected in state care in psychiatric wards, health camps, child welfare or special education homes before 1992 can tell their stories to a panel of eminent New Zealanders.
Hundreds of claims have been lodged in the courts from people saying they suffered assaults, sexual abuse, neglect and bullying and the use of electro shock treatment for punishment while in care. But the court process is lengthy and the cases are rarely successful. View article here

Firm puts abuse compo at $50m
24 July 2009 The Southland Times
The law firm representing hundreds of people who want the Government to apologise and pay them compensation for alleged abuse while in state care yesterday estimated the payout could be $50 million.
Wellington-based Cooper Legal slammed the Government for refusing to conduct an inquiry, meaningfully acknowledge historical wrongs or apologise to victims. The clients with active claims allege abuse going back decades in state institutions throughout the country.
Cooper Legal senior partner Sonja Cooper, whose clients include Cromwell man Toni Jarvis, said the number of historical abuse claims continued to grow and the Government had refused to act "in a substantive manner".
The firm has 500 mostly male clients with active claims. Since a documentary on the allegations aired on television on July 16, Ms Cooper said staff had received almost 100 calls from potential clients, including from Southland and Otago. View article here

Lake Alice inquiry criticised
30 March 2010 - National | Stuff.co.nz
Police are defending their investigation into allegations of abuse by a disgraced former psychologist at the Lake Alice mental institution. The police's four-year inquiry into allegations of abuse against Dr Selwyn Leeks, who headed the hospital's child and adolescent unit in the 1970s, found there was insufficient evidence to lay criminal charges. However, the inquiry has come under fire for failing to speak with all the complainants and the amount of time it took to complete.
Lawyer Grant Cameron, who successfully represented a group of patients who won $10.7 million in civil settlements, believed police had enough evidence to prosecute. "On my recollection of the file ... there was a very large amount of information which indicated that Dr Leeks should have been facing some sort of charges. However, the matter is for the police and what can you do."

Human radiation report 3rd October 1995
_ President Clinton commented on the final report on human radiation experiments conducted by the federal government between 1944 and 1974. The government failed in its duty to tell the truth and protect citizens, he stated. The president promised compensation for the victims of these experiments. He also offered a formal apology to the survivors, their families, and to all American people who must be able to rely upon the United States to keep its word, tell the truth, and do the right thing. As an additional measure, President Clinton signed an executive order instructing every agency of the federal government which conducts, supports, or regulates research involving human beings to immediately review their procedures, and report back by the end of the year. The president also created a Bioethics Advisory Commission to supervise such research. He hopes the commission will ensure that the government never again strays from the basic values of protecting and being truthful with its people. View speech here

But what did this apology mean?
"We will ensure this never happens again!"
Nothing!
It still carries on today!
Note also: President Clinton never mentioned any investigation into involvement of U.S officials doing some of these experiments in other countries!
How many other government departments within international countries:-
Had involvement in these experiments?
This is still hidden from the public.
Many of the documents were destroyed prior to the investigation and the documented experiments
Were not widely publicized internationally – resulting in other victims not coming forward!
Many of them have been maimed mentally ill
Have no credibility left
So they continue to be ignored.

Brainwash victims win cash claims
17 October 2004, Times of London
Hundreds of mentally ill patients who were subjected to barbaric CIA-funded brainwashing experiments ... could be entitled to compensation following a landmark court ruling. Doctor Ewan Cameron, who became one of the world’s leading psychiatrists, developed techniques used by Nazi scientists to wipe out the existing personalities of people in his care. Cameron ... was recruited by the CIA during the cold war while working at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He carried out mind-control experiments using drugs such as LSD on hundreds of patients, but only 77 of them were awarded compensation. Now a landmark ruling by a Federal Court judge in Montreal will allow more than 250 former patients, whose claims were rejected, to seek compensation. Cameron developed a range of depatterning “treatments”. Patients were woken from drug-induced stupors two or three times a day for multiple electric shocks. In a specially designed “sleep room” made famous by Anne Collins book of the same name, Cameron placed a speaker under the patient’s pillow and relayed negative messages for 16 hours a day. Cameron ... rose to become the first president of the World Psychiatric Association. View article here

Japan unearths site linked to human experiments
21 February 2011, The Guardian (One of the U.K.'s leading newspapers)
Authorities in Japan have begun excavating the former site of a medical school that may contain the remains of victims of the country's wartime biological warfare programme. The school has links to Unit 731, a branch of the imperial Japanese army that conducted lethal experiments on prisoners as part of efforts to develop weapons of mass destruction. The Japanese government has previously acknowledged the unit's existence but refused to discuss its activities, despite testimony from former members and growing documentary evidence. Leading members of the unit were secretly granted immunity from prosecution in return for giving US occupation forces access to years of biological warfare research. Some went on to occupy prestigious positions in the pharmaceutical industry, health ministry and academia. View article or here

U.S. scientists knew 1940s Guatemalan STD studies were unethical, panel finds
29 August 2011, Washington Post
U.S. government researchers who purposely infected unwitting subjects with sexually transmitted diseases in Guatemala in the 1940s had obtained consent a few years earlier before conducting similar experiments in Indiana, investigators reported [August 29]. The stark contrast between how the U.S. Public Health Service scientists experimented with Americans and Guatemalans clearly shows that researchers knew their conduct was unethical, according to members of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues.“These researchers knew these were unethical experiments, and they conducted them anyway,” said Raju Kucherlapati of Harvard Medical School, a commission member. At least 5,500 prisoners, mental patients, soldiers and children were drafted into the experiments, including at least 1,300 who were exposed to the sexually transmitted diseases syphilis, gonorrhea and chancroid, the commission reported. “This is a dark chapter in our history. It is important to shine the light of day on it. We owe it to the people of Guatemala who were experimented on, and we owe it to ourselves to recognize what a dark chapter it was,” said Amy Gutmann of the University of Pennsylvania, the commission’s chairwoman. In 2011 some public citizens that have good reason to feel they are victims (U.S) of an illegal experimentation, appeared at these meetings and were given less than two minutes each to explain their stories. Their written testimonies and any evidences they had were handed into the panel for further evaluation by President Obama.
27th July 201 1- The Bio Ethics commission sent a letter to the victims that gave their testimony, stating - They would no longer accept testimonies on these issues as they are not going to review or investigate their issues as they were investigated some time ago and the Commission does not have the power to open or undertake criminal cases. They confirmed the victims concerns, information and testimonies from the previous meeting had been handed into the White House.

NOTE: The past investigation they were referring to is likely to be the Church Committee investigation into the mind altering torturous Non-consented Un-ethical experiments done prior to the mid 1970's. Eg: The horrendous MK ULTRA experiments that were conducted and later exposed resulted in an apology from U.S President Clinton in the 1970's. This experiment was also done in secrecy.
NOTE: Many believe this experiment never fully stopped.

President’s Bioethics Commission Releases Report on Human Subjects Protection
Some interesting findings Below:- Full report here
President Obama requested that the Commission undertake an assessment of research standards following the October 2010 revelation that the U.S. Public Health Service supported unethical research in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948 that involved intentionally exposing thousands of Guatemalans to sexually transmitted diseases without their consent. The President gave the Bioethics Commission two assignments: to oversee a thorough fact-finding investigation into the specifics of the studies (released September 13, 2011);
To assure that current rules for research participants
Protect people from harm or unethical treatment,
Domestically as well as Internationally!
Protect people from harm or unethical treatment,
Domestically as well as Internationally!
In assessing the current regulations that protect human subjects, the Commission learned that there is no central source with information about the overall size, scope, and cost of the government’s research involving human subjects. The Commission requested information from 18 individual agencies that conduct most federal human subjects research, but discovered that many federal offices could not provide basic data about the research they support. The Pentagon, for example, required more than seven months to prepare information on specific studies supported by the Department of Defense. In its report, the Commission found that the federal government supported more than 55,000 projects involving human subjects around the globe in Fiscal Year 2010, mostly in health-related research, but also in other fields such as education, engineering and social science.
The Commission recommended several areas where improvements could be made to current rules and procedures. “Immediate changes can be made to increase accountability and thereby reduce the likelihood of harm or unethical treatment,” Gutmann said.
The Commission recommends that each federal department or agency supporting research with human subjects maintain a core set of data for their research programs that includes the title and lead investigator of each project, the location of each study, and the amount appropriated for the research. Each office should aid the public in learning more about the government’s research efforts by developing or improving publicly available electronic systems or releasing information through a government-wide system. To support these efforts, the Commission suggested that the Office for Human Research Protections or another office should administer a central web-based portal that links to each individual department or agency system. In addition, the government should consider developing a unified federal research database, which may ultimately be more cost-effective and efficient.
“When federal agencies lack the internal mechanisms to provide needed data about research they fund, you have a limited basis on which to answer the President's charge about research protections,” Gutmann said. “It is clear that nothing like what happened in Guatemala would be permitted under today’s robust system for human subjects protection—the system today is vastly improved from what it was—but there still is a need for more transparency and public access to information about federally supported human subjects research.”
We must never confuse ethical principles with burdensome obstacles to be overcome or evaded. Good science requires good ethics, and vice versa.”

Don't Forget our Veterans - Unethical cases
Timeline: Porton Down Laboratory
31 January 2008, BBC News UK
The Ministry of Defence's announcement that it is to award £3m in compensation to 360 veterans of chemical weapons tests has put the spotlight on the Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down. 1916: Building work begins at Porton Down ... to create an experimental base for research into chemical warfare. 1920: Large-scale expansion of the site begins, initially focusing on the effects of mustard gas - experiments in which thousands of volunteers were to participate. 1940: After the outbreak of war, a secret group is set up at Porton Down to investigate biological warfare. 1945: Thousands of military personnel had taken part in trials at Porton Down during World War II. As the war ended, volunteers began participating in nerve-agent trials there - a practice that was to continue until 1989. 1953: Leading Aircraftman Ronald Maddison participates in chemical experiments at Porton Down. Within an hour of being given sarin, he is dead. Military chiefs conduct an inquest in secret. Verdict: misadventure. 1989: The BBC learns of a £3m out-of-court settlement between the MoD and veterans, under which the [360] ex-servicemen will each receive £8,300 and an apology ... without admission of liability.View article here or here

CIA brain experiments pursued in veterans' suit
24 November 2010, Washington Post
In 1961, a top CIA scientist reported in an internal memo that "the feasibility of remote control of activities in several species of animals has been demonstrated. Special investigations and evaluations will be conducted toward the application of selected elements of these techniques to man,"Now, almost 40 years later, a federal magistrate has ordered the CIA to produce records and witnesses about the LSD and other experiments “allegedly conducted on thousands of soldiers from 1950 through 1975.” U.S. Magistrate Judge John Larsen’s Nov. 17 order exempted the agency from having to testify about electrode tests on humans, but Gordon P. Erspamer, lead attorney for the veterans, says “we are pursuing this as well.” Papers filed in the case describe “electrical devices implanted in brain tissue with electrodes in various regions, including the hippocampus, the hypothalamus, the frontal lobe (via the septum), the cortex and various other places,” Erspamer said. NOTE: The lawsuit documents reveal the soldiers were inserted with electrodes and were also required to sign an oath of secrecy, according to their complaint

This top secret Cold War research program initially looked for ways to defend against a chemical or biological attack by the Soviet Union, thought to be far ahead of the United States in"psycho-chemical" warfare. But the research expanded into offensive chemical weapons, including one that could, according to one Army film obtained by CNN, deliver a "veritable chemical ambush" against an enemy.
Josephs, 63, believes the chemical agents he received during his two-month stint at Edgewood did harm him, triggering health problems that continue to plague him four decades later. Even when he talks about Edgewood, he said, "I get a tightness in my chest." In his mid-50s, Josephs was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a progressive neurological condition that forced him to retire early. Medications cost $2,000 a month, which he was paying for out of pocket.
Josephs applied for veterans benefits based on chemical exposure at Edgewood. Last year, the Department of Veterans Affairs granted him partial benefits for his Parkinson's for Agent Orange exposure during his time in Thailand, giving Josephs 40% disability. The letter granting him benefits made no mention of Edgewood.

U.S. Military May Implant Chips In Troops' Brains
02 August 2007, KUTV (CBS affiliate in Salt Lake City, Utah)
Imagine a day when the U.S. government implants microchips inside the brains of U.S. soldiers. Well you don't have to think too far into the future. The Defence Department is studying the idea now. The chip would be the size of a grain of rice. How far is too far when it comes to privacy? The department of defense recently awarded $1.6 million to Clemson University to develop an implantable biochip. It would go into the brain using a new gel that prevents the human body from rejecting it. The overall idea is to improve the quality and speed of care for fallen soldiers. See article here

Even though the U.S government has acknowledged the governmental and associated professionals participation in some worldwide experiments of inhumane, non-consented mind altering atrocities that have been performed on the unwitting public - They still ensure that the victims (worldwide) of today, are left to suffer a horrific life style created by these professionals (worldwide), by continuing to ignore reports of abuse.
This gives these professionals the assurance:-
That this money making agenda will be kept hidden
They also know the victim is not likely to have evidence,
And is also likely to be mis-diagnosed as having a mental disorder -
If they do complain or report such a thing.

(1) IT is very easy for a trusted professional to embed a microchip into you without you knowing - via an open wound (eg: in an operation, any intravenous needle) including dentistry needles, pill form). Also keep in mind here – once the implant is inserted it can have the capability to erase any memory of the event. It is also not uncommon for a victim to be drugged or induced into unconsciousness in their own homes after unforced break-ins have occurred.
(2) Microchips are not as easy as you think to be detected in the body as they are now often smaller than a grain of rice, so can easily go undetected or show as a UBO – Unidentified Bright object in an MRI x-ray or often termed as a foreign body (found inside your body)..
(3) Many individuals have had x-rays done that show implants within the body. But often find the records have gone missing from the medical practitioners’ office and mysteriously from the individuals’ home. Others have had x-rays done and found that they are given in-correct x-ray results back - eg: A victim that has a cracked skull from an old injury - gets an x-ray back showing they are clear and the old injury is not showing! The few that still have their x-rays showing implants - Find - No authorities are prepared to investigate who implanted these implants or where they originated from.
(4) Often when a patient presents him/her self at a medical establishment and asks for an x-ray to check for a microchip implantation - Find themselves being diagnosed as having paranoia or being delusional etc as:-

Involuntary implantation is not accepted as being a
possibility
by most professionals !
So no x-ray is done!

Piercing high pitch sound inside ears
Multiple Chemical Sensitivity/Electro-sensitivity
Sudden unconsciousness
Mimicked voices/conversations to the head - But no one is there - auditory effect

Created in 2012 to bring awareness to the general public and the legal systems around the world in regards to serious human rights abuses utilizing covert weapons technology like Microwave technology & remote influencing technology. Currently the International Centre Against Abuse of Covert Technologies are doing-
Stages of Testing
Stage 1: Preliminary testing for Radio Frequency emitting from the human body using an RF scanner, to find
sections in the body where (non-consented) microchip implants are likely to be. At the same time
they are also using a Radio Frequency counter to record the type of frequency emitting.
Currently this testing has been carried out in various states across the U.S.A, Europe & Germany
and will eventually be carried out worldwide.
2012 As at March 2012 approximately 34% of those (with symptoms) in the preliminary scan, came up
positive of radio frequency emitting from selected regions of the body. In this group approximately
99% had auditory symptoms.
In the General public population (those without symptoms) in the preliminary scan - approximately
83.4% came up positive for radio frequency emitting from selected regions of the body.
A consistency of specific sections of the body are showing up positive with RF emission within
the general public (with or without symptoms) scanned so far.
Another type of consistency of specific sections of the body - showing up positive with RF
emission is others whom have served in the military.
Stage 2: For those that have shown positive in stage one – now go on to get the appropriate X-ray, MRI
C.A.T scan done on the body parts found to be emitting RF.
Stage 3: RF scanning is redone in a controlled environment such as a faraday cage to prevent any
possibility of the defense panel in court assuming outside frequencies are effecting the results.
Resulting in victims being able to present the court with 100% proof that radio frequency is
coming from the implanted RFID microchip/implant.

(James Walberts testimony is 22.50 min into video) The victims were only given 2 minutes each to speak, and handed their written tesitimonies, evidences into the Commission for President Obama to review.
27th July 2011 - The Bio Ethics commission sent a letter to the Targeted Individuals that gave their testimony, stating - They would no longer accept testimonies on these issues as they are not going to review or investigate their issues as they were investigated some time ago and the Commission does not have the power to open or undertake criminal cases. They confirmed the victims concerns, information and testimonies from the previous meeting had been handed into the White House.

Man files writ against hospital for “ microchip implant
30 June 2011 Singapore News
SINGAPORE: A Danish national has filed a writ against Alexandra Hospital (AH) for allegedly planting a microchip in him during a 1988 operation, which he claimed later caused him mental distress due to being constantly monitored.
Mr Mogens Tindhof Honore said he first found a metal instrument akin to a microchip in his left lung after an X-ray scan in 1997. Represented by lawyer Oliver Quek, the former seaman said that he was stabbed in the lung in May 1988 and admitted to Alexander Hospital - Singapore. After his discharge, he kept hearing voices in his head and could not lead a normal life. He would also feel generally unwell and would even cough out blood. "(Mr Honore) also discovered and experienced that strange people on the streets would approach and speak to (him) about strange subject matters or pass strange irrelevant comments," according to the papers filed. Mr Honore said that his subsequent discovery of being constantly tracked left him in a "perpetual state of apprehension and fear for the safety of his life". It also prevented him from holding on to a job. Responding to media queries, AH director of communications and service quality Casey Chang said: "We understand that the patient had recently returned to Alexandra Hospital to seek information regarding medical treatment he had received at Alexandra Hospital in May 1988. This was 23 years ago when Alexandra Hospital was a government hospital." At the time Mr Honore was treated in AH in 1988, the hospital was under the Ministry of Health. View article here
